Our administrator allows you to configure different types of loyalty plans in one of the following three modes or a combination of them:

  1. Catalog of Products and Services
  2. Redemption of benefits for cash.
  3. Integration with a third-party system. (Shops, Airlines, etc.)

Through our platform, we integrate with the entity’s Product and Service management systems, automating profit accumulation processes based on conversion formulas.

Depending on the plan offered to customers, it will also be possible to automate the redemption process. In any case, it will also be possible to manage accumulations or redemptions manually. Our system records, accounts for, and allows you to view any type of transaction made by beneficiaries.

This solution has the following functions:

  • It expands the parameterization that allows you to configure different loyalty plans.
  • Definition of point accumulation formulas based on customers, seasons, products, and transactions, as well as different methods of redemption and benefit sharing.
  • Queries by different criteria.
  • Generation of the accounting entry for the client’s ERP, based on the accruals and payments of benefits.
  • Cancellation of accumulated benefits due to expiration and reversal of transactions at the request of clients.

Our solution is available in an IBM Power X environment, with an open Java system and J2EE architecture, and a database engine that can be DB2, Oracle or SyBase.
