Also known as “Clearing and Settlement” processes, they allow for the reception of information on transactions made in stores, the management of business rules defined with the franchise, the validation of information related to transaction amounts, and the settlement of commissions, taxes, and withholdings to confirm the amounts credited to each store’s deposit accounts. They also allow for the control of all transaction activity made in stores through reconciliation processes and the generation of accounting entries.
