Our participation in MPUC 2025 allowed us to review the most relevant technological advances of the Monitor Plus platform, which currently serves more than 900 financial institutions worldwide with 480 active installations. From process management tools like BPM to generative AI-based solutions like SAMI, designed to strengthen anti-fraud protection, the event reaffirmed why Monitor remains a reliable, robust, and constantly evolving platform.
We shared with a large Colombian delegation from both PLUSTI and the clients, and we validated the benefits that the integration of defense efforts is generating: faster response times, improved threat detection, and greater customer satisfaction.
